Working with your own specialised language partner couldn’t be easier!
Request a non-binding quote
Simply send me an email at ronan@rgtranslate.com or fill in my contact form, telling me what you need or asking any questions you may have. Include your file(s) as an attachment if you’d like a quote for your project.
I’ll get back to you promptly with a precise quote, estimated delivery date and answers to your questions. If you’d like to have a short chat, we can also arrange a free 20-minute consultation. If you’re interested in a package option, I’ll provide a list of multiple delivery dates for your various projects.
Translation stage
If you agree to go ahead, I’ll get to work on your project and keep you up to speed on how it’s going.
In case there are any unforeseen issues or delays, I’ll inform you right away. I’ll also let you know if I have any questions regarding your project or spot any errors or typos. This way, you can also make any necessary updates to the original content on your side.
Post-translation stage
I now perform a quality check of the English content, making sure that everything is accurate and complete. This is followed by another proofreading step, checking for stylistic or logical inconsistencies, as well as punctuation or formatting issues.
If you’ve requested DTP implementation, this also happens at this stage. I implement your English translation into the existing layout of your magazine or brochure project in Adobe InDesign and make sure that all formatting, line breaks, spacing, font styles and images are correct.
Delivery
You now receive your finished English content, which will be ready for immediate publication.
Invoicing & payment
I will now send you my invoice for payment. My standard payment terms are net 30 from the date of invoice.
