Retainer model: If you need support on an ongoing basis, this option gives you guaranteed availability, priority position in my workflow with faster delivery, rapid response to questions and custom glossaries just for you.
No VAT: I am based in Ireland, and in accordance with EU Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006, there is no VAT due on services that I provide to another EU country or to Switzerland. This is an additional benefit for you in comparison to using a service provider in your own country.
