Has everything got all muddled up? It’s higgledy-piggledly!
Do you procrastinate or delay rather than taking action? Then you dilly-dally!
Visited a pretentious art exhibition where none of the paintings made sense? Sounds very artsy-fartsy!
Did some fussy, petty person tell you off for doing something in a particular way? What a fuddy-duddy!

Politicians often waste public funds without a second thought. They just spend money willy-nilly.
