So you’re interested in working together! Now what’s the next step? It’s very simple!
Take a look at my translation package options or choose a single project translation. Then send me an email at ronan@rgtranslate.com or fill in my contact form, telling me what you need or asking any questions that you may have. If you’d like a quote for a single document translation, just send me on your file right away by email.
Non-binding quote
I’ll get back to you promptly with answers to your questions. If you’d like to have a short chat about your translation needs, I’d be happy to arrange a free 20-minute consultation with you. Once I’ve taken a look at your documents for translation, I’ll provide you with a non-binding quote and an estimated date for delivery. If you’re interested in a package option, I’ll provide a list of multiple delivery dates for your various projects.
Translation stage
If you agree to go ahead with a translation request, I’ll get to work on your project and keep you up to speed on how it’s going. In case there are any unforeseen issues or delays, I’ll inform you right away.
If I have any questions regarding your project (such as unknown acronyms) or spot any errors or typos, I’ll send you an email asking for clarification. This way, you can also make any necessary updates to your original content on your side.
Once I’ve finished the translation stage, I’ll send you an email to update you.
Post-translation stage
Next, I perform a quality check of the translation, going backing over every sentence of the original content and the English to make sure that everything is accurate and complete.
Finally, I perform the proofreading step. This is a final read-through of the English content, checking for stylistic or logical inconsistencies, as well as punctuation or formatting issues.
Delivery
You now receive your finished English translation from me, which will be ready for immediate publication.
